from brief to key visual.

ZoE finds the core message in a brief, then turns it into key visuals people feel, remember and act on: on screen, in print, on a booth and in the room.

Key visuals we designed for Dairy Champ. Tap any to view.

Your brief, answered

what you’re looking for, and where to see it

Your post listed five qualities. Here is how ZoE works on each one, with the project that shows it best.

01 · Creative thinkingFresh, distinctive concepts from a brief

We start from how people feel, not from the format. For Dulux, the brief was a paint colour; our idea was to let guests experience the colour with all five senses.

02 · Brief to key visualObjectives and insight turned into visuals

Every visual traces back to one message. For Casablanca, the insight came from what young Indonesians are into right now, and the launch was built around those personalities.

03 · Strategic mindUnderstand the brief, find the core message

Strategy comes first in our process. We read the brief, agree the single message it must carry, and only then design. Our approach is grounded in how people perceive, decide and act.

04 · Visual storytellingClear hierarchy and consistent brand expression

For Dairy Champ we keep one visual language across menus, flyers, roll banners, tents and 6×6 m expo booths: the same colours, the same “Manis, Gurih, Creamy” voice, a clear first read on every piece.

05 · Detail and executionOriginal, relevant and well made

We design and produce. Our in-house workshop builds stages, booths and props, so the key visual survives intact from screen to the real world.

How a brief becomes a key visual

five steps, one message

The key visual is step four, not step one. Everything before it makes sure the visual says the right thing.

  1. brief

Read the objective, audience and mandatories. Ask what has to change in people’s minds.

  2. insight

Find the human truth: how the audience lives, talks and what they care about now.

  3. idea

One sentence that connects the brand to that truth. Every later choice is checked against it.

  4. key visual

Hierarchy, colour, type and image that say the idea in one look, true to the brand.

  5. roll-out

Adapt across formats (social, print, POS, booth, stage) without losing the idea.

Case 01 · Concept to experience

dulux colour of the year 2023: wild wonder

DuluxJanuary 2023Launch for architects, interior designers and media
Brief
Interpret the Colour of the Year and carry its message to architects, interior designers and the media.
Insight
Colour isn’t just paint. It changes how a space feels and how people live, day to day.
Idea
Make people feel the colour, not just see it: a five-senses journey from arrival to the last moment.
The look
Bring nature into everyday spaces. Living plant walls at the entrance, room sets styled as real homes in the Wild Wonder palette, and a nature-led stage screen.
Result
Very positive client feedback.

Case 02 · Insight to launch

casablanca eau de parfum launch

CasablancaFebruary 2026Youth perfume and PR launch
Brief
Introduce a perfume range made for young people, each scent built on a personality such as sporty or adventurous.
Insight
To reach Indonesian youth, you have to know their daily life: the activities, trends and viral moments they are into right now.
Idea
Turn each scent into a youth personality, and stage the launch around the things young people already love doing.
The look
Bold, colourful and energetic, with every variant given its own character on a stage built for photos and conversation.
Result
A packed venue and very positive client feedback.

Case 03 · One brand, every format

dairy champ key visual system

Dairy Champ sweetened condensed milk, across three programs. The brand’s yellow and navy, its “Manis, Gurih, Creamy” voice and one clear headline per piece hold everything together, from an A5 menu to a 6×6 m booth.

#RacikanCreamyJuara · Dairy Champ × Twin House × Muhammad Aga

Recipe launch with a coffee shop partner and a KOL. Menu KVs lead with the drink and the price, so the offer reads in one second at the counter.

Ramadan: Paket Kemenangan & Rasa Kemenangan

Something sweet for berbuka. A promo bundle, takjil recipes and a booth that work as one campaign at mosque bazaars and public places.

SIAL InterFOOD 2024 & 2025 booth designs

6×6 m booths where the brand pours out of the structure itself: the giant can and milk splash become the key visual in 3D.

Held constant: Dairy Champ yellow Navy Accent pink and the “Manis, Gurih, Creamy” line
